He has owned and operated two different title companies, operated a title industry consulting firm and been employed by a national title insurance company. He is also one on the top educators in the real estate and title/escrow industries.

Victoria Nelson is a licensed title & escrow officer. A transplant to Utah since 2007, Victoria loves and understands the needs of her clients. Gaining her experience as a title searcher, then becoming an escrow officer and polishing off her title license gives her the ability to complete an escrow closing in an appropriate manner. Victoria is knowledgeable about various real estate transactions and can handle any situation that may cause problem. Simply a people person with a passion for each transaction along with the growth and development of the Capstone Team and any real estate professional she has the opportunity to build a relationship with.

Lizy Gwilliam has been a licensed title and escrow office in the state of Utah for over 12 years. She has experience in all aspects of real estate transaction. As an experienced escrow officer, Lizy provides her clients with the professional closing and settlement services needed in today’s complex real estate industry. She is a graduate of BYU.

Lizzi is in an escrow assistant working hand-in-hand with the rest of the Title Team at Capstone. Despite her young age, she utilizes her real estate pre-licensing training, extensive experience in customer service, and her dedication to continuous professional development within the field to meet her responsibilities quickly and accurately. She is a recent high school graduate and has lived in Salt Lake City her whole life. When she isn’t assisting escrow officers here at Capstone, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, playing with her dogs, and binge-listening to True Crime podcasts.

A California transplant, Sia is new to the state and to the industry. As a recent graduate from the University of Tromso, Norway with a master’s degree in public health, she is ready to use her research skills and multi-cultural perspective to provide excellent service and assistance to the title and escrow teams. When she is not in the office, she is out on her skis or her bike, playing in the great outdoors of Utah. She is excited to grow within the company and further her understanding of real estate and insurance.

Nohea graduated from the University of Utah in 2019 with a degree in psychology. Nohea has played softball since the age of 10 so she has always been a team player on and off the field. When it comes to Capstone, Nohea is ready to bring that same energy when she is distributing final title policies and helping her team. In Nohea's free time she loves watching movies, snowboarding at Brighton, and bowling with friends and family!

Todd joined Capstone on the recommendation of a friend, and he is excited to further develop his skills in order to effectively and efficiently handle every aspect of this nuanced and complicated industry. By working in tandem with the rest of the experienced and talented members of the Title Team, his work helps to facilitate the successful, accurate, and efficient completion of your sale, purchase, or refinance of a property. His work ethic and team-oriented attitude comes in large part from being a 12-year veteran of the US Navy where he had the privilege of serving his country and experiencing other cultures.
